CLASSES

We have classes for all ages and levels. Whether you’re a beginner learning forward rolls or an experienced athlete working on layouts, we are here to help you reach your goals.

The first class is on us! We understand that every program is unique, and we believe it is important for a child to find a coach they feel comfortable with. This is why we always offer a free trial class before signing up. Contact us today for more information!

Tumbling Tots

Our Tumbling Tots class is designed for our athletes 3.5-5 years old. Our staff will lead our athletes through engaging stations where they will learn basic cheerleading, tumbling, motor skills, and listening skills. This class is designed to build a foundation and prepare our little athletes for our tumbling & cheer classes!

Intro

Our intro class is for athletes just starting out (ages 5-10 years old)! Our goal is to build a strong foundation while having fun! This class focuses on bridges, forward/backwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, bridge kick overs, and back walkovers. We will also work on body control, balance, and endurance.

Intermediate

Our intermediate class is for athletes (7+ years old) who have some tumbling experience. For prerequisites, we like for athletes to already have a round off rebound and strong bridge kick over. This class focuses on back/front walkovers, back handsprings, and round off back handsprings.

Advanced

Flips & Muscles

Cheer Plus

Our advanced class is for athletes who can already do a back handspring — standing and running! We will work on back handspring series, back tucks, and layouts.

Our Flips and Muscles class is specifically designed for BOYS! Our goals is to create a fun environment for gentlemen (ages 6-12) to learn tumbling while also working on strength, conditioning, and coordination. No previous experience is required!

Our cheer plus classes are one of my favorites! They are designed to help athletes who will be trying out or who are already on their school cheerleading teams. We focus on everything other than tumbling — motion technique, jumps, spiriting, fight song, etc. Most people often overlook these skills, but they’re VERY important (especially for tryouts and game day cheer)!
